Ingredients:
2 eggs, 1 glass and 1/2 sugar,
1/2 glass oilseed, 1/2 glass milk,
2 glasses and 1/2 flour,
1 sachet vanilla-flavoured baking powder, 3 apples, pine nuts
Directions:
Cut 3 apples in small chunks. Mix together all the other ingredients (in the order above) in a bowl until you get a uniform mixture.
Add the apples, mix very well and pour it into a cake pan. Spread it with the pine nuts, previously roasted for 10 minutes in the oven.
Bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit) for 50/60 minutes….
.... and it will be like having breakfast at Alla Corte del Picchio !!!
